Ashley Hawkins is one of the competitors on the NBC show "The Titan Games" as well as a police officer. Not only is she a competitor, but she is dominating and moving onto the next round. On this episode we speak with her about the importance of fitness in Law Enforcement, as well as some of the aspects of being a woman in Law Enforcement.
